1. License & Usage

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use our operational software dashboards in accordance with your chosen billing plan (monthly or annual).

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security credentials of your administrative front-desk accounts and entrance ticket scanning keys.

3. Terminations

We reserve the right to suspend subscription access if client operations violate service agreements or engage in fraudulent ticket distributions.
